I’m Lucy Jackson
I've been you.
I spent 25 years building a career that looked like a dream from the outside, working with Irina Shayk, Kate Upton, Candice Swanepoel, Jessica Simpson and Justin Timberlake's William Rast. Inside rooms most people only read about.
And I stayed too long in a place that was letting me shrink myself.
I wanted to make a change but the stakes felt too high. I was the primary earner with dependents and a mortgage to pay.
When I finally got out, I didn't leap and hope for the best. I built the plan first. I looked at my real numbers. I figured out what I was actually building and why my background made me the right person to build it.
The leap that felt impossible became the only logical next step.
